Gift Wrapping Services
Due to the custom nature of our gift wrapping services:
- Non-Refundable: Gift wrapping services are non-refundable once completed, as they are custom services tailored to your specific requirements.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the wrapping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns, which may include re-wrapping the gift at no additional cost.
- Issue Resolution: We will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled wrapping date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your wrapping appointment at no additional cost, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Custom Handmade Gifts
For custom handmade gifts:
- Made to Order: Custom items are made to order and are generally non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you based on your specifications.
- Defects and Errors: If there is a defect or error on our part, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue.
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel a custom order within 24 hours of placing it, before production begins, for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to fees.
- Production Cancellation: Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the materials used and work completed. The fee will be calculated and communicated to you before processing the cancellation.
- Design Changes: Minor design changes may be possible during the initial stages of production, but may result in additional fees or extended completion times.
- Quality Inspection: All custom items undergo quality inspection before shipping. If an item does not meet our quality standards, we will remake it at no additional cost.
Standard Products
For standard products (if applicable):
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The return period begins on the day you receive the item.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
